This is a hands-on, non-linear periodized course focusing high intensity climbing in order to get a full body workout in using the climbing wall. Elevated heart rate is the name of the game here. Mondays @6:00pm, Wednesdays @7:00pm.
90 minute class w/ 60 minute instructor led (15 min for both own warm up and cool down) . We recommend you pair this class weekly with the movement class.
Each session is focused on increasing the heart rate while maintaining composure on the wall.
