Low Intensity Conditioning

Easy active recovery training days are just as important if not more important as your high intensity days. This class takes place on Thursdays @5:30pm.

    60 minute instructor led session. We recommend taking this class a day or two after a hard high intensity session.

    Quality over quantity. Body mechanics always take president over intensity and volume

    Dynamic stretching, mobility, stability, flexibility, recovery, foam rolling, and much more.
