Personalized take home training plans are available upon request. These are built around your goals and made to strengthen your weaknesses.
Using a personalized approach, a summit coach will format workouts suited to your goals/strengths/weaknesses. We emphasize the importance of practice to maximize performance (the add on price for additional people per session reflects the total price, ex. 3 person session is $80 for the group).
We recommend 6 weeks of training minimum in order to start seeing real improvements. However this is not required
The Maximum Steady State (MSS) is the highest state of intensity you can maintain. We use various skills in a effort to increase your MSS.
However you define success, we’ll help you build the foundation to reach it. You only fail if you do not try.
Large Group Sessions
Large Group sessions are customized to your group or team’s needs and include a training plan, private space and supervised instruction from a coach/trainer. Past and current clients include; Edgewood High School golf team, UW hoofers mountaineering club, The Madison Women’s Climbers, Team PBC (triathlon team).
