Check out all the events we have going on and you will then say, “Summer at summit is where you want to be.”

The Boneyard

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Summit Strength & Fitness meet-up at Boneyard! Join us on June 22nd from 5:00-10:00 for an exciting and community-building event where you’ll find your favorite Summit Members and their furry friends. Please note that this meet-up is purely social—there will be no human exercise activities, just a fun-filled day for our dogs to run, play, and mingle. This event is an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, connect outside of the Summit walls, and enjoy the company of our beloved dogs. Don’t miss out—mark your calendars and get ready for a day of fun and camaraderie!

Friday Movie Night

We’re excited to announce the start of Summit Friday Movie nights (in place of Bar-B-Tuesdays) Starting up Friday June 28th!   After a long winter we are coming back full swing. Don’t skip out on our Friday climbing class, or do, but DEFINITELY join us for an evening of fun afterwards. Feel free to come around 7:00 for social climbing, movie starting after sunset. It’s the perfect way to refuel and relax after a long week!  Bring your favorite snacks and bevies, and enjoy the camaraderie. Reach out with questions or simply show up!

Education: Recovery and Regeneration

In our pursuit of fitness goals, it’s easy to focus on intense workouts while overlooking the critical aspect of recovery and muscle regeneration. Exercise recovery is essential for muscle repair, strength building, and overall performance enhancement. Adequate rest, nutrition, hydration, and sleep are foundational pillars of effective recovery. Techniques such as stretching, foam rolling, and active recovery exercises like yoga or light swimming can aid in reducing muscle soreness and improving flexibility. Incorporating recovery days into your routine prevents overtraining and reduces injury risk, allowing your body to adapt and grow stronger. Remember, progress isn’t just about the effort you put in during your workouts, but also how well you support your body’s need to heal and regenerate. Prioritize recovery to maximize your fitness journey and ensure long-term success.

Coach Kubi is BACK!

We are thrilled to announce that Coach Kubi is back at the gym after his paternity leave. During his time away, he welcomed a beautiful new addition to his family, Huck Arthur Kubiesa, and now he’s ready to bring that same dedication and energy back to his coaching.

Coach Kubi’s expertise and passion for fitness have always been a source of inspiration for all of us. His innovative workouts, positive attitude, and personalized approach make every session engaging and effective. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the gym, Coach Kubi is eager to be back, helping clients and thinking about the future of Summit.

Classes this week:

Please note that although Coach Patrick is on vacation this week, classes and youth teams will resume as usual!
