Climbing Fitness

 This class offers a full-body workout using the climbing wall and all the other off the wall tools in the gym. This is a high-intensity climbing focused class intended for someone with previous climbing experience.  We recommend the climbing movement class first if you are new too climbing.  

SESSION (Mondays @ 6pm)

60 minutes instructor lead class with a mobility focused warm up and interval style workout.  Elevated heart rate is the name of the game here. 


Increasing your heart rate while maintaining composure on the wall.
