Why do you need a trainer/coach?

Summit coaches can help you reach goals in the gym and beyond. We teach climbing fundamentals and advanced techniques, but our lessons go deeper. You’ll learn how to use your time in the gym efficiently and effectively. And you’ll discover how to live in the moment, focusing on what’s right for you. Coaching sessions will also cover how to listen to your body, eat well, and value food sources. And, perhaps most importantly, a coach will teach you how to rest, relax, and recover.
