In this technique-focused class, you’ll learn how to climb smarter, not harder. Whether you’re new to climbing or have some experience, this course helps you develop and refine essential movement skills—from footwork and body positioning to efficient sequencing and energy conservation.

Think of it as learning how to practice with purpose so every session on the wall helps you climb better. Ideal for beginners and a valuable refresher for seasoned climbers looking to improve their technique.
