Our custom training plans are created after an initial conversation with you to gather as much information as possible to best create your plan. These plans are 6 weeks long and will take into account; your training history, your time availability daily to train, injury history, goals, gym access, etc.
After a plan is created we will then meet again to go over the plan in detail.
The custom training plans are a step below our virtual training. If you want weekly accountability by weekly conversation check out our virtual training option. The virtual training is a monthly subscription that includes monthly custom plans, weekly meetings, and changes within your plans if needed as you progress through it.
