The basic level of our custom training plans are created after an initial conversation with you to gather as much information as possible to create the best plan. These plans are 6 weeks long and will take into account your training history, your time availability daily to train, injury history, goals, gym access, etc.
The plan is created to target your weaknesses and maintain your strengths. Available for climbing specific, sport specific, or general fitness. After a plan is created, we will then meet again to go over the plan in detail.
The next level of our custom training plans include all the above plus;
90-minute strength assessment and 6 weekly check-ins.
If you can not be in person for a 90-minute strength assessment, there is also an option in the drop-down on the purchase page to do everything except the assessment (titled monthly training plan package)
