Our training plans include an initial session for setting goals. Then, we create a 6-week training plan based on those goals that will improve your fitness and skills.
We offer two levels of personalized plans. If you have never worked with a summit coach or followed a personalized training plan we recommend the upper level package that includes an hour long strength assessment and weekly meetings with your coach.
The lower level plan does not include the assessment or weekly check ins. It does however include an initial meeting with one of our coaches to go over your goals. Then a second meeting to go over details of the plan once we write it up.
