Our training plans include an initial session for setting goals. Then, we create a 6-week training plan based on those goals that will improve your fitness and skills.
We offer two levels of personalized plans. Ā If you have never worked with a summit coach or followed a personalized training plan we recommend the upper level package that includes an hour long strength assessment and weekly meetings with your coach. Ā Ā
The lower level plan does not include the assessment or weekly check ins. Ā It does however include an initial meeting with one of our coaches to go over your goals. Ā Then a second meeting to go over details of the plan once we write it up. Ā
