I’m a mobility specialist trained in Functional Range Conditioning as well as certifications coming from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition. I believe that freedom of movement is essential to any physical endeavor, and that the world is your training ground. During sessions, I focus on mobility development, joint strength, and body control. I help people achieve their personal goals in efficient and sometimes unconventional ways. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my 3-year-old daughter, typically barefoot with a camera in hand.
