At Summit, we treat climbing as a sport and
climbers as athletes. This means it’s not just
about following the route, but developing a
mindset, learning and honing specific techniques
and putting in the hard work and proper practice
in preparation to perform when your number is called.

My name is Keith Kubiesa, I’ve been dedicated to climbing since 2012, have a personal training background and in 2012 obtained my CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association).
I work with clients to clarify goals, visualize them and build a road map toward achieving them. Strength training, mental awareness, recovery methods and nutrition are some of the tools and techniques I provide to help you get there.
