Climbing Fitness

ClimbFit is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends climbing-specific training with off-the-wall strength and core work. You’ll spend time on the wall building power and technique, while also targeting key muscle groups with exercises designed to improve overall athletic performance.

Expect a mix of functional strength training, core circuits, and anaerobic sets—making this an ideal class for climbers looking to level up their fitness and climbing endurance.

This class is best suited for those with prior climbing experience. If you’re new to climbing, we recommend starting with our Climbing Movement class to build a strong foundation.

SESSION (Mondays @ 6pm)

60 minutes instructor lead class with a mobility focused warm up and interval style workout.  Elevated heart rate is the name of the game here.
