Strength Training

Whether you’re an athlete, non-athlete, or climber—everyone is welcome in this dynamic, all-level fitness class. While we don’t use the climbing wall, we make full use of the gym’s training tools to deliver a well-rounded workout that targets strength, power, core, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

SESSION (Tuesdays/Fridays @ 6 pm)

60-minute instructor-led course. Each session brings a fresh routine to keep things engaging, challenging, and fun, helping you build overall fitness and body awareness in a supportive group setting.
