Last week I wrote a post on whether you should be following a training plan or not. If you have not read that yet, well, then go give that a read HERE. Figuring out where you are in your training cycle will be a good indicator of whether or not you should be following a plan. From there you will have a starting point to figuring out how to train better.
Below are the first couple of days of a 6-week training plan. I would follow this plan if I didn’t have any specific goals, but I wanted to get strong for climbing again for the fun of it.
