Strength in Motion

Are you looking for a way to move your body that builds strength, expands your movement skill repertoire, and is playful and fun? Strength in Motion is for you! This class will have some familiar elements to it using strength training fundamentals, but will have many unique aspects such as obstacle-course style circuits, novel movement skills, and games. This class is open to folks of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

SESSION (Wednesdays @ 10 am)

60-minute instructor-led course. Each session brings a fresh routine to keep things engaging, challenging, and fun, helping you build overall fitness and body awareness in a supportive group setting.

FOCUS

Preparing you to navigate any environment or to take on any adventure- whether it’s lifting a grandchild out of a car seat, building upper body strength for climbing, or improving balance for walking on icy sidewalks
