Climbing and coaching are at the core of what I love to do. The impact climbing has had on both my physical and mental health is something I don’t take lightly, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same growth. I’ve been climbing since 2015 and coaching at Summit since 2018, working with athletes of all levels to build confidence, strength, and skill on and off the wall.
I currently teach Climbing Movement classes and offer individualized coaching focused on both technical progression and strength development. Whether it’s refining movement, building a stronger foundation, or pushing into new grades, I enjoy helping climbers unlock their potential in a sustainable and intentional way.
I graduated from UW–Madison in 2013 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and after 10 years I decided to switch to this full time. When I am not in the gym you’ll usually find me at Summit or at home hanging out with my dog, Ace. Outside of climbing, I enjoy yoga, running, and snowboarding—anything that keeps me moving and connected to the outdoors.
